Monica Era is a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with a master’s degree in clinical psychology, with a focus on cognitive-behavioral interventions, from the University of Maryland – College Park. Monica completed her bachelor’s degree in psychology at Salisbury University. Following completion of her bachelor’s degree, Monica aided in the foundation and implementation of an outreach group for at-risk adolescent girls in her hometown. Professionally, Monica strives to provide compassion and support to families touched by ASD through research-based interventions. Monica is currently the Training Coordinator of CEAS Maryland. She also provides direct ABA therapy.
