MaKenzie is a board certified behavior analyst (BCBA) with a master’s degree in Psychology with a specialization in applied behavior analysis from Capella University. She has a bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts and Psychology from The Ohio State University. She aspires to create well-rounded, socially inclusive programs for each child by working towards the generalization of skills in the home, and in the community.

Suchitra Choudhury is the Chief Clinical Director of Early Autism Services Private Limited (EASPL) in India. She completed her ABA course sequence from the University of Florida and is a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst. She has a Master’s in Clinical Psychology from Amity University, Noida. She pursues towards ethical application of the science of Applied Behaviour Analysis in various domains.

Suchitra has 8 years of experience working with individuals on the autism spectrum and is passionate about effectively using scientifically proven techniques in the reduction of problem behaviour and to increase appropriate behaviour. She takes a keen interest in learning and spreading knowledge and information about ABA with people from all walks of life.

Amanda Augustine is the Operations Manager of Early Autism Services India. She joined EAS in 2021 as a Behaviour Technician and quickly showed the potential for working in an operational role. She is a gold medallist master’s degree holder in Social work from Christ University, Bangalore. She also has a bachelor’s degree in Special Education from Minds College of Special Education, Mumbai.

Vincent Scarlata is the Chief Financial Officer at EAS and provides support to families throughout their relationship with EAS. He graduated from DePaul University with a finance and business management degree in 2010. He spent 6 years working as a client service specialist and account manager for a Chicago financial institution. He has also been a long time supporter of local nonprofit organizations that provide services to children and adults with autism and other disabilities.

Janhavi is a Clinical Director at EAS, Bangalore. She is a QBA candidate and has completed
her Master’s in Clinical Psychology from Fergusson College, Pune. At the very start of her
career she stumbled upon ABA therapy and since then has been passionate about the field.
She has been working with young kids on the spectrum, giving her a rich experience to work in
the field of “Early Intensive Behavioural Intervention”. She is solution-oriented in her approach.
Her professional interest lies in helping her clients be independent in their environment and
training them on functional communication. In her personal time, Janhavi enjoys cooking
different recipes and binge-watching TV shows.

Priyanka Rajiv Tank is the centre head of Early Autism Services, JP Nagar, Bangalore, India. She received her double Master of Science in Clinical and Health Psychology and the other in Applied Behaviour Analysis from Bangor University, United Kingdom.  She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with a specialisation in psychology from Christ University, Bangalore, India. Priyanka has spent 5 years exploring the field of ABA alongside working with a wide range of children, adolescents, and young adults with various developmental diagnoses in several setting such as schools, ABA clinics, in-home and community environments. She firmly believes in delivering client-centred, evidence-based therapy services to her clients while focusing on intensive parent support and training to enable a holistic treatment outcome. Priyanka aims to disseminate ABA and promote multidisciplinary collaborations with the community. In her free time, she enjoys travelling, gardening, and volunteering at different no-profit organisations.

Aatrika Sarkar Early Autism Services India

Aatrika Sarkar
Clinical Director – Kolkata, West Bengal Therapy Center

Aatrika is the Clinical Director at Early Autism Services – Kolkata Centre and is responsible for training BTs, conducting behavioural assessments, designing individualized educational plans, providing consultations, and formulating treatment plans. a BCaBA and has been working in the field of ABA and Autism for the past 11 years. She completed her Masters in Applied Psychology in 2010 from Calcutta University and joined an ABA centre based in Kolkata as a Behaviour Technician. She finished her coursework in ABA and earned her Certification in 2019.

She has great experience working with kids on the spectrum across all age groups and skill levels, teaching them functional skills such as communication, social, language, academic, and play skills by using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis. Aatrika has an extensive background in providing early intervention, staff training, parent training, curriculum designing, and implementing behavioral interventions. She has experience in providing Centre-based and home-based therapy, remote supervision as well as conducting Teletherapy

Swetha Ravindran
Clinical Director – Hyderabad, TS Therapy Center

Swetha is a Clinical Director at EAS, Hyderabad. She is a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst and
studied at the Florida Institute of Technology. She has completed her Master’s in special
education from the University of Austin, TX. Swetha started her journey as an RBT working with
kids with developmental disabilities in the United States. She then worked as a special
education teacher for 2 years in India and is passionate about inclusive education, advocacy,
teaching life skills for kids and to create a safe environment for them to grow. Her areas of
interests are verbal behavior and practical functional assessment. Swetha’s goal is to spread
awareness about the principles and evidence-based practices of ABA.
